Account deletion
You can ask us to remove your Constructidex user account or, if you are an authorized owner, your company workspace.
Choose the right request
Leave a company: ask a company administrator to remove your membership while keeping that company’s business records.
Delete your user account: request removal of your sign-in account and personal profile. Company-owned audit and planning records may be retained or de-identified where required for integrity, billing, security, or legal obligations.
Delete a company workspace: only an authorized owner may request this. We will verify authority and explain any retention or recovery period before deletion.
Send the request
Use the email address associated with your Constructidex account and state whether you want to leave a company, delete your user account, or delete a company workspace.
Do not include passwords, portal codes, payment information, job notes, addresses, or customer files. We will reply with identity-verification and completion details.
