Privacy Policy

Effective September 8, 2026. This notice describes how Constructidex handles information used to plan crews, jobs, deliveries, and tools.

Information we handle

Account and company information may include names, email addresses, roles, company details, jobsite details, crew schedules, attendance statuses, planning hours, tool records, delivery requests, and support communications.

How it is used

We use this information to operate, secure, synchronize, support, and improve the service; provide requested exports; prevent abuse; and administer subscriptions. Constructidex is a planning tool, not payroll or legal-compliance software.

Storage and sharing

The app supports local offline storage. When cloud sync is enabled, authorized company data is stored with our service providers and restricted to members of that company. We may use infrastructure, authentication, app-store, payment, and support providers only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell personal information, run third-party advertising, or use customer data to train AI models.

Your choices

Company administrators control company records and member access. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion through the app or our deletion page. Some records may be retained when necessary for security, billing, audit history, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

Security and children

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to a business planning service. No system is perfectly secure. Constructidex is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
