Terms of Use

Effective October 9, 2026. These terms cover your use of Constructidex Digital Manager, including the Free plan and paid company subscriptions. Constructidex is operated by Constructidex LLC.

Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account, joining a company workspace, or using Constructidex, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Constructidex for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.

What Constructidex is

Constructidex is a planning and coordination tool for construction teams: crew scheduling, jobs, tools and materials, delivery requests, work orders, and reports. We improve the service over time, so features and screens may change.

Keep independent copies of business-critical records. Do not rely on Constructidex for emergencies, payroll, tax, safety, regulatory, or legal-compliance decisions.

Accounts and company access

You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only organizations and records you are authorized to access. Company administrators are responsible for invitations, permissions, member removal, and the accuracy of company settings.

Company subscriptions

A subscription belongs to a company workspace, not to an individual device or user. One subscription covers the whole company. Invited employees, drivers, supervisors, and admins join the company workspace and never need to buy their own plan.

Constructidex offers a Free plan and paid Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. Each plan has limits on accounts, active jobs, tool types, and hosted file storage, and some features (such as synced cloud Logistics, the Message Board, and hosted plans, photos, and files) require a paid plan. Current prices and limits are shown on our pricing page and in the app before you buy. The Free plan includes 25 MB of structured cloud data for synced records, but no hosted files and no synced Logistics or Message Board. Limits are enforced by our servers.

We may change plans, prices, or limits for future billing periods. If we raise the price of your current plan, we will tell the company owner by email or in the app at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then. A price change never applies to a billing period you have already paid for.

Billing and automatic renewal

Paid plans are billed monthly in U.S. dollars and renew automatically each month until canceled. Taxes may apply.

Android: subscriptions bought in the Google Play edition of the app are processed by Google Play and are also subject to Google Play’s terms and policies.

Windows: subscriptions bought in the Windows app are processed by Stripe through secure checkout at constructidex.com/checkout, opened from the app. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Payment details are collected by Google Play or Stripe. Constructidex does not receive or store your full card number. Constructidex is not yet available on iOS. If we offer it on other platforms later, purchases there may also be governed by that platform’s terms.

Canceling

You can cancel renewal at any time. On Android, cancel in Google Play under your subscriptions. On Windows, cancel or change your plan in the app under Account. Step-by-step help is on our support page.

When you cancel, the change to Free is scheduled for the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep paid access until then. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Android (Google Play): Google Play’s refund policies apply to purchases made through Google Play. You may also contact us at [email protected] and we will help where we can.

Windows (Stripe): Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial months or unused time, except where required by law. This matches how Google Play subscriptions work.

If a Windows payment is refunded, paid access ends when the refund is processed and your company moves to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted. The downgrade rules below apply to anything over the Free plan’s limits.

Nothing in these terms limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.

Downgrades, plan limits, and your data

If you move to a smaller plan and your company is over that plan’s limits, the owner chooses which accounts, jobs, tool types, and files stay active and which are archived. If the owner does not choose before the change takes effect, our servers apply the downgrade rules: over-limit items become read-only or archived. Nothing is randomly disabled.

Your data is not silently deleted when a paid term ends. Archived hosted files can be downloaded or exported for 60 days. After that recovery window they are permanently removed. The same rules apply whenever a paid subscription ends, including after a failed payment.

Your data

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Constructidex the limited permission needed to host, process, synchronize, display, and export that content for you. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information, run third-party advertising, or use customer data to train AI models.

Account and workspace deletion

You can request deletion through the app or our account deletion page. A personal account deletion request has a 7-day waiting period, and a company workspace deletion request has a 30-day waiting period, before deletion proceeds. Deleting an account or workspace does not by itself cancel a store subscription. Cancel renewal first. Some records may be retained or de-identified where needed for security, billing, audit history, or legal obligations.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls or plan limits, access another company’s data, upload unlawful content, interfere with other users, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, resell access, or use Constructidex to violate another person’s rights. We may suspend or end access that breaks these rules or puts other customers at risk.

A planning aid, not payroll

Hours, wage estimates, billable totals, attendance records, and other pay or cost figures are planning estimates. They are not payroll, invoices, or tax records, and they do not determine wage, overtime, or other legal obligations. Work orders are field records for office review. They are not invoices, payment authorizations, or tax calculations. You are responsible for checking any figures before using them for business decisions.

Availability and offline use

Constructidex can queue supported changes when a connection is unreliable and sync them later, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Internet access is required for account setup, synchronization, and subscription management.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Constructidex is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Constructidex LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you and Constructidex LLC consent to their jurisdiction, except that either of us may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, tell company owners in the app or by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Constructidex after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
