Please include the device type, app version, what you expected, and what happened. Do not email passwords, portal codes, payment information, customer files, private job notes, or other sensitive data.

Plans and billing

One subscription covers your whole company. Invited crew members join the company workspace and never need to buy their own plan. Plans are billed monthly and renew until canceled. See plans and limits on the pricing page.

A subscription is managed where it was bought: Google Play for Android, or the Windows app for Windows.

Cancel or change a plan on Android

Android subscriptions are billed by Google Play. To cancel, open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Constructidex → Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

To upgrade, open Constructidex and go to Account. Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play’s refund policies. You can also email us and we’ll help where we can.

Cancel or change a plan on Windows

Windows subscriptions are billed securely through Stripe. To upgrade, change, or cancel, open Constructidex on Windows and go to Account → Subscription plan. Canceling schedules your company to return to Free at renewal. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

Windows subscription payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partial months, except where required by law. If a Windows payment is refunded, paid access ends and your company moves to Free. No data is deleted. Details are in our Terms of Use.

What happens when you cancel or downgrade

You keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your company moves to Free. If you are over the new plan’s limits, the owner picks what stays active. Nothing is silently deleted. Archived hosted files can be downloaded for 60 days before they are permanently removed.

iPhone and iPad

Constructidex is available for Android on Google Play and for Windows on the Microsoft Store. iOS is coming later.

Account deletion

For deletion choices and instructions, visit the account deletion page. Personal account deletion requests have a 7-day waiting period. Company workspace deletion requests have a 30-day waiting period. Cancel any paid subscription first.
